CVExpert provides job-search organization, coaching, drafting, and related tools. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep sign-in links private, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Your responsibility for applications

You remain responsible for deciding where to apply, reviewing every document and answer, verifying all facts, and authorizing any submission or outreach. CVExpert does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, employment, or a particular response from another person.

AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. Treat it as a draft, compare it with your source material, and do not use invented or misleading claims. CVExpert is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or employment-law advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give CVExpert a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to provide the content.

Acceptable use

You may not use CVExpert to:

• Misrepresent qualifications, identity, or work history.
• Harvest private contact data, send spam, evade platform restrictions, or access another person’s account.
• Interfere with the service, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Violate law or another service’s applicable terms.

Beta availability and changes

The private beta may change, pause, lose data, or discontinue features. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties. We will provide notice of material paid terms before charging for a plan.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. CVExpert disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- opportunity damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Ending your account

You can stop using CVExpert and delete product data from account settings. Sections that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—continue to apply.
